Coolpad Buys Shares in Nasdaq-Listed Crypto Firms

Coolpad Group (HKG:2369) unit Digital Tech bought shares in two Nasdaq-listed companies as part of its plan to invest in the crypto assets sector, a Friday filing on the Hong Kong bourse. The unit bought 1.5 million shares in CleanSpark and 113,000 shares in iShares Bitcoin Trust for $23.8 million and $4 million, respectively. The CleanSpark and iShares Bitcoin Trust shares were bought from April 16 to Wednesday and April 19 to Wednesday, respectively.
